Yogi Lalit

Yogi Lalit is an experienced teacher who had been teaching yoga for 15 years in Bangkok and is co-founder of Embrace Energy Yoga in Bangkok. He is also a guest lead trainer in Thailand, Japan, and all of India’s states. He is well versed in Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Hatha Holistic Yoga, and Iyengar Vinyasa, and also he specializes of Healing Yoga Therapy. His teaching is very dynamic equivalent to the needs of the beginner, intermediate and advanced learners of yoga. His academic achievement includes a bachelor's degree in traditional Sanskrit, philosophy teaching of yoga, mantra chanting, and other spiritual dimensions of yoga. Currently, he is pursuing his master's study in yoga skills and teaching methodology, yoga Science, meditation, and Tantra yoga. This young yogi is very potential and growing with full of skill in yoga. Students learn from him, enjoy learning with him, and also impressed with his loving and caring attitude.
