Yangchen Lhamo

Yangchen’s journey into yoga began with simple self-practice at home, guided by online videos.What started as a personal exploration soon deepened when she trained under a Bhutanese traditional medicine doctor and certified yoga teacher, strengthening both her understanding and passion for the practice.In 2020, she travelled to Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, and returned again in 2022 to pursue her 300-hour certification.Today, yoga is an integral part of her daily life, a source of balance, clarity, and inspiration, even after long and demanding days.She finds the deepest connection to her practice when immersed in nature, whether practicing in the quiet of the woods, by flowing rivers, or along Bhutan’s serene mountain trails.
