Our Yoga SessionsWe are very excited to have Vayia Chanou as our yoga teacher for our retreat in Tuscany!Vayia is a senior yoga teacher and long time practitioner, a former dancer and classical ballet teacher. She will guide us through a series of transformative yoga sessions and pranayama (breathing techniques) designed to strengthen both body and mind.From energizing, slow and alignment-based morning flows to restorative evening practices for deep relaxation and therapy, her sessions will focus on balance, calmness, and inner peace.With over 30 years of teaching experience and personal practice, Vayia offers a truly holistic experience, beautifully complemented by the stunning Tuscan landscape.
