I am a certified yoga teacher, drawing on my diverse training as a coach, art therapist, and forest bathing guide to support you holistically on your journey of self-discovery.I am of Swedish-Lebanese origin, and I grew up in the United Arab Emirates, lived in various places in France, and eventually settled in the Geneva region.My yoga journey began in 2004. After going through a challenging period of poor health, I learned to breathe properly, adapted my diet, and committed to regular yoga and physical activity.These changes allowed me to manage the stress of a high-responsibility job, the chronic pain of an autoimmune disease, and ultimately regain full health.Since 2010, I have been supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions, and I have been teaching yoga since 2016.I rely on my personal experiences, my professional skills, and my inner intuition to help each person find the path that best honors their individuality.
