Tuhin is a 5-star plant-based cook and an experienced spiritual tour guide.He has grown up with meditation and yoga and has followed a vegetarian and vegan lifestyle.He has helped his mum host retreats since a young age and is very experienced in welcoming international visitors.He has a passion for selfless service, having served intensively for thousands of people through Amma's charity, Embracing the World.Tuhin is also a yoga teacher, English teacher, and ThetaHealer. He is a calm and wise presence during the retreats.
