I am a feminine coach, retreat leader, brand creator, and experienced yoga teacher with 13 years of teaching experience and over 500 RYT certified hours. Since 2007, I have been guiding aspiring teachers through yoga specialty trainings, helping them deepen their practice and teaching skills. I lead transformational retreats and embodiment practices that empower women to unlock their feminine energy, release stuck points, and create aligned, soulful brands.
