Tiffany Warren

Originally from St. John’s, NL, Canada, Tiffany has been a student of movement since a young age.From taking dance classes beginning at an early age, to team sports as a youth, she began practicing yoga as a teen.She practiced a variety of styles - flow, restorative, yin - until she came across a hot yoga class in 2009.From her first hot yoga class, she was hooked, and completed the foundational Modo (formerly Moksha) Teacher Training in 2011.Since then, she has completed additional training in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Yoga for Youth, and Mat Pilates.Her classes bring a balanced approach of functional movement, accessibility, and humour for a practice that will leave you feeling strong and well-balanced.Outside of yoga and Pilates, Tiffany can be found hanging out with her dog Harlee, dabbling in photography, or planning her next adventure.
