Tetiana is a dedicated and certified yoga teacher, passionate about creating space for deep physical and emotional connection through movement.She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of renowned teacher Stewart Gilchrist in London, UK, and is a registered member of Yoga Alliance Professionals.Grounded in the dynamic discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Tetiana’s teaching combines strength, breath, and flow with a strong emphasis on alignment and presence.Her classes are intentional and energising, encouraging students to challenge themselves while staying attuned to their own rhythm.With a warm and down-to-earth approach, she helps create the kind of space where transformation can unfold — both on and off the mat.Tetiana & her partners work with other local reliable providers who deliver surf lessons and workshops which are part of the Lanka Tides offering.
