Tania Savolle is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader based in Naples, Florida.With over 1,000 hours of training in yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and breathwork, she guides students back home to themselves back to their breath, their body, and the quiet wisdom within.Through practices such as Yin Yoga, Gentle Mindful Movement, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Breathwork, Tania creates a calm and nurturing space where students can quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner world.She has led transformational retreats in Costa Rica and Montana and continues to curate immersive experiences designed to help participants step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with themselves, nature, and spirit.Students often leave Tania’s classes feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected, what many describe as a powerful shift, and what Tania simply calls magic.
