Tamara Alwan

Tamara Alwan, of Lebanese origin, was born and raised around the world, living between the U.A.E, Australia, U.S.A, Spain, and Bali. In parallel to a conventional corporate career, she is obsessed with the unity of the mind, body, and soul. She became certified in Theta Healing, RYT 200hrs, and Mental Health First Aid.Tamara dedicated her career to coaching empathy in leaders, creating corporate wellness retreats/workshops, as well as e-commerce for yoga ritual products in the Middle East. She’s traveled to 68 countries and explored wellness modalities around the world that she felt inspired to spread. Lulu’s was one of her manifestations of a space that embodied love, music, movement, deep thinking, and soulful encounters.
