My work is rooted in deep care, real presence, and a commitment to creating spaces that feel safe enough for softening.My background weaves together psychotherapy, intuitive psychology coaching, somatic healing, yoga, ritual, and energy work. I’m a trained psychotherapeutic counsellor, Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, EFT practitioner, hypnotherapist and intuitive psychology coach. But more than that - I’m a space holder who meets you without needing to fix you.My work is trauma-aware, well-boundaried, and deeply intuitive.And what women often say is: “I’ve never felt so safe, so seen, so gently met.”That’s what I want for you here.
