Suzanna Mannion

Meet Suzanna Mannion, the owner of Hearts Alive Yoga and Retreats where she serves as a dedicated yoga instructor, NLP Somatic Coach, women's circle lead, and retreat facilitator. After rediscovering yoga during the pandemic, she committed herself to deepening her practice, earning her RYT500 certification and NLP and Somatic coaching certification. Suzanna’s classes blend traditional Hatha yoga, breathwork and guided meditation, offering a warm, inclusive space for all. When she's not teaching or leading, Suzanna supports heart-centered entrepreneurs in growing their businesses and finding balance in life via coaching. Additionally, Suzanna is a communications professional at a sustainability-focused nonprofit, a proud mother of a school-aged child, and a devoted spouse. Suzanna brings a unique, refreshingly authentic, artfu,l and compassionate perspective to everything she does.
