Susanna Rovira Hoffmann

My name is Susanna Rovira Hoffmann, and I accompany people in processes of growth, transformation, and deep self-connection. My work combines individual therapy, PNI, conscious breathing, trance dance, tantra, and conscious sexuality, together with family and systemic constellation tools, offering a holistic approach that integrates body, emotions, and energy. My purpose in this retreat is to create a safe, warm, and deep space where you can reconnect with your body, your roots, and your vital energy. Through breathing practices, movement, and conscious rituals, I support you in releasing blockages, letting go of what no longer serves you, and inhabiting your life with authenticity and presence. I work from experience, deep listening, and presence, supporting real and transformative processes so that each participant can feel, explore, and expand their own potential within a safe and well-held environment.
