Sophia

Sophia teaches a sensation-based and intuitive style of Vinyasa Yoga that integrates elements of free flow, storytelling and silence. Her classes offer a blend of exploring dynamic movements and longer posture holds to activate the strength of your body and mind. With the intention of guiding you on an inward journey, she encourages you to move out of your head and sink deeper into your body. Having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Sophia has taught on the Oaxacan coast of Mexico and currently shares her practice at the White Door Studio in her home base Amsterdam. The invitation is to come as you are! No matter if you are an experienced yogi or setting foot on the mat for the first time, Sophia welcomes you to play, flow, and above all, feel.
