Studying an array of styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin), she now shares a unique form of embodied Yoga helping us reconnect with our bodies and ground back into presence.Sofia is an avid practicioner and teacher of movement as medicine, and different healing techniques that will guide you into living a more conscious, peaceful and loving life. She has been organizing retreats for the past 7 years of her life, curating magical, deep and transformative experiences.She now focuses on working with women & guiding them into re descovering their own feminine wisdom & inner poer. Some of her workshops include Feminine Cycles, Moon Wisdom, Herbalism for Women & Womb Breathwork.
