Sofia Agaton

Dedicated to teaching yoga for more than 15 years, her classes address the classic style of yoga from a therapeutic and relaxing perspective. This is due to the integration of different body techniques and yoga styles, which have enriched today's yoga. “From my training in contemporary dance, at the end of my career as a teacher and interpreter, my interest in body alignment, movement and the relationship of all this, with feelings and emotions, led me to find myself in yoga and his philosophy an infinite world of possibilities ”. Certified by the Yoga Alliance, I have participated in different workshops on body alignment, hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, meditation. Always looking for elements that enrich both my personal practice and that of my students. Dedicating my full time to the teaching of yoga, I currently direct my own studio "Yoga Shala, art and spirit" in Puerto Escondido where different classes and yoga workshops are taught for all levels.​​​
