Siobhan Seymour

Siobhan is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga for approximately 6 years. She is also a reiki master and has a gift for channeling healing energy. Siobhan is a former Crimes Against Persons detective for Fort Collins Police and has a lengthy history in helping individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives and helping them with their healing journey. Siobhan is a certified life, spiritual, energy coach, is certified in Stress Management, The Neurophysiology of Stress and Trauma, and a Certified Trauma Specialist. Her passion is helping people heal and empowering others to be the best and strongest version of themselves. She is the mother of 2 beautiful boys and is married to a small business owner who is very active in the Northern Colorado community.
