Shani Mayer

Shani Mayer (creator, medicine facilitator & movement specialist)Originally from Israel, Shani has over 20 years of professional dance experience, including 11 years as a Brazilian Zouk instructor.She is a certified yoga instructor who holds a degree in psychology. Building on years of experience guiding the body through movement, she has developed a new approach: using the connection of breath and touch to explore deeper levels of the Self.A believer in movement as a healing modality, Shani uses Brazilian Zouk and mindful movement to encourage further understanding of ourselves and our connection with others and to awaken our communication with our higher Self.She creates and facilitates safe spaces where people can grow, heal, and transform.
