Originally from South Africa, Sean began his professional journey in Australia, where he deepened his experience in the field of holistic wellness.Drawing from a background in martial arts, he discovered his true calling in yoga as a young adult, developing a deep awareness of the value of discipline, intentional movement, self-observation, and the rich philosophy that accompanies them.In 2016, his dedication led him to northern India for a transformative year of intensive study, culminating in his 500-hour certified yoga teacher training.During this immersive experience, Sean developed a deep passion for Ayurveda, recognizing its powerful role in holistic wellness.Today, he shares this unique expertise, guiding guests to integrate the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda into their lives to achieve greater harmony and vitality.
