Sasha Alex Morgan

Growing up, movement was a sanctuary and major creative outlet for Sasha. Throughout rigorous dance training at performing arts college in London, she found comfort in practices that were dedicated to how movement feels on the inside over how it looks on the outside.In the five years since graduation, her love of mindful movement has only grown and she has participated in various Yoga, Fitness, Barre and Pilates training.
