About usFound & connected through Jivamukti Yoga and a shared love of the ocean. We are friends and certified yoga teachers (together +1500h). We love nature, good music, essential oils, and beautiful little things. You will always find us somewhere between creativity and yoga mat, Heidelberg and Halle/Berlin, Italy and Morocco. We have completed training in Vinyasa and Jivamukti Yoga and expanded our knowledge with further training such as Sound Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and trauma-informed yoga, as well as years of practice, workshops, and classes in studios at festivals & Co. Conny is also giving Reiki sessions, and Sarah practices handstand.
