As a holistic body therapist and teacher, I have been guiding people in exploring their bodies for over 20 years.I see my work as a form of translation—between perception and movement, between inner experience and outer form.In my teaching, I combine a body-based practice with a refined anatomical understanding, woven together with the qualities of the five elements.My work is influenced by the Alexander Technique and somatic bodywork.
