Sandra Toscani

Sandra is an international yoga and breathwork facilitator, dance therapist, somatic movement coach, and Reiki Master with many years of experience in the field of holistic healing. She has completed multiple Teacher Trainings (TTCs) across different yoga styles, breathwork modalities, and therapeutic approaches, which allows her to work in a deeply integrative and multidimensional way. Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga,psychedelic breath and rebirthing breathwork, somatic movement, dance therapy, and energy healing, Sandra weaves together body-based practices that support physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. Her sessions are intuitive yet grounded, blending structured knowledge with embodied wisdom and a strong sense of presence.
