Sandra Gaio

At the age of 15, she began regularly practicing Yoga with her mother and grandmother, having joined the Yoga Instructors Course (lasting 4 years) at the Porto Yoga Center at 17. After this training, she continued studying, deepening her Yoga knowledge. She also graduated in Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on Aromatherapy with essential oils and Acupuncture through the National Acupuncture Association under the guidance of Prof. Bal Krishna. Training in Sound Therapy (sound bath) at the Peter Hess Institute with Professor Nuno Cunha. She currently teaches classes in different areas within Yoga, does acupuncture sessions with the support of Tui-Na massage and essential oils, sound therapy sessions and training within Yoga.
