I'm honored to be your retreat facilitator.I've been writing in my journal since I was 20, and I want to lead retreats.It took a whole lot of life experiences and work to get here, but I'm now living that dream.I'm so blessed to be able to give back by supporting you in community & in sacred spaces.I love to explore the intersections of art, science, and spirituality.I tend to weave into my retreats the wisdom that I carry from ancestors, teachings from elders of embodied feminine empowerment, and influences from my lived experience in the natural world.I'm a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Trauma-Informed Somatic Polarity Practitioner, Fascial Maneuvers Guide & Breathwork Facilitator.I feel this is a deeply sacred space that is more than a retreat; it's a ceremonial initiation.Welcome home to yourself and your medicine.
