Samantha Romagnoli

I should tell you a little about myself and my journey into yoga. I am a certified Yoga Alliance instructor with 200-hour certification from Barcelona and 20 yrs. of yoga experience. It began in America Florida, where life changes called for a needed escape and yoga seemed a sensible choice. A distraction at first but it then turned into a lifestyle choice. Hatha Yoga was a life changer. On returning back to Europe I decided to learn different types of yoga, such as Yoga Synergy. It culminated in a teaching course in Barcelona in Vinyasa yoga. After meeting an amazing group of people and fuelled with enthusiasm, teaching became the next sensible career choice. It was then my partner Alun and I decided to create our own beautiful space for others to enjoy. I am passionate about the benefits yoga gives to the heart and brain, through improving the circulatory system and I want to enable others to experience the joy that yoga has given me throughout my life.
