Sajjad is the Co-Founder of Noord Darkness Retreats and one of its dedicated facilitators. With a background in health sciences, behavioral informatics, and mental wellness, he and the Noord team have carefully designed the retreat experience with deep attention to detail, safety, and care.Sajjad brings personal experience in holding space and guiding retreats, always with presence, calm, and deep respect for each guest’s process. While Noord works with different facilitators, Sajjad remains closely involved to ensure that each participant is supported in a grounded, confidential, and nourishing environment.His vision is to create spaces where stillness becomes a path to insight, and darkness becomes a doorway to light.
