Sabina Starr Zobel

Sabina is a certified coach specializing in grief, eating disorders, and mindfulness. She lives in Ashland Oregon and is the mother of an amazing neurodivergent teenage son. Having worked in the healthcare field for over 18 years and graduating with a Masters in healthcare policy, her passion for advocacy in the area of mental health informs her work with both individuals and groups. Sabina’s experiences of loss through her adult years, including that of her mother and the suicide of her best friend, have led her to understand the complexities of grief and the importance of continuing the connection, even when our loved ones are no longer alive. She brings mindfulness to her clients to be with challenging emotions and beliefs with compassionate support. Having developed more of an appreciation for life through her own eating disorder and grief experiences, Sabina believes that we can navigate these challenges in a way that allows us to experience life more fully and with more joy.
