Ruth Althoetmar

Ruth Altoethmar teaches sports, economy and psychology and has worked with people of all ages. She did professional bike races until she fell ill and her life changed. "You do not have to fight to win", these words of the Shaolin Monks became her motto. She started to learn about Soundhealing in Bali, and deepend the knowledge making a professional training in the Sound  Healing Center in San Francisco. There she experienced the power of sounds and your own voice as healing instruments. During the Yoga Teacher Training in Durga´s Tiger School for Tantra, Yoga, and Shamanism in Ecuador, she deepened her spiritual path and learned more shamanistic techniquess working with sound. Back in Germany she made another training in the Peter – Hess Insitute and is now a sound massagist using singing bowls.
