Rouane Wakim

Rouane was born in Beirut, raised in Geneva, and is now based on the Mexican Pacific coast. Her work is shaped by a multicultural background and a deep sensitivity to the human nervous system.After a career in the financial industry, she felt a strong call to change direction and pursued a master’s degree in Counseling. Along her journey, she explored a wide range of therapeutic and self-regulatory modalities, including neurofeedback, neuroscience-based training, sophrology, and Tibetan singing bowl sound therapy.Through years of study and personal integration, Rouane has developed an approach that is both intuitive and grounded. Guided by empathy and presence, she works in a highly individualized way—meeting each person where they are and drawing from different tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner coherence.
