Trained in ancient shamanic wisdom teachings with cutting-edge practices in nutrition, biology and neuroscience. I help my clients experience health on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. I earned my certification through the Four Winds Light Body School and was trained by Dr. Alberto Villoldo and his wife Marcela. I have clients from around the world with sessions completed in person and remove and each session is held with the highest sacred and ethical care. Each experience is unique and guided by the energy of my clients or groups that I am working with. In addition, I am the co-founder of Fit Snack, a healthy subscription snack box company that inspires living a healthy lifestyle.
