Roman Richter

Roman Richter came into contact with Integral Yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda in 2010 during an extended professional stay in New Delhi, India. This form of yoga combines several yoga traditions into a holistic path.After experiencing burnout, he turned to the yoga knowledge he had learned, which significantly contributed to his recovery and reorientation.During his extended stay at an ashram of Yoga Vidya e.V. in Bad Meinberg, Roman completed his yoga teacher training and deepened his yoga knowledge through his own intensive practice.
