Roberto

Mindfulness & Yoga teacher Roberto is a meditation teacher who helps people around the world to relax, concentrate and find serenity through ancestral meditation techniques. He has been teaching for almost 10 years. After graduating from university in Italy and working in various types of jobs, Roberto began traveling through various continents, and during his time away from home he had what can be considered a spiritual awakening. Among the various trips, probably the most impactful and intensive experience was the one to India. It is no coincidence that the meditation pedagogy most frequently used by Roberto comes from yoga. Roberto currently lives in Tenerife (Spain), where he collaborates with the company Mbestcare to organize meditation retreats, helping people from all over the world.
