I am a certified Breathwork & Ice Bath Wim Hof & Oxygen Advantage Instructor.I am an understanding and compassionate breathwork facilitator, qualified in both the Wim Hof and Oxygen Advantage Methods.I don’t just facilitate breathwork, I live it! My vast knowledge helps you to feel open by creating a safe environment and allows you to explore your own journey into self through your breath and cold therapy.I aim to help you understand exactly what to prepare for, how your body will react, and ways to work with the emotions or thoughts that may arise. For this particular session, I’ll guide you to the ground and become heart-centered with your breathing, which will gradually intensify and charge you as you are guided through the breathwork journey, followed by an opportunity for a cold ice plunge.
