Ricardo Viegas

Ricardo Viegas is originally from Faro, Portugal, and is an enthusiast for life, nature, and knowledge. He found Yoga to be much more than a mystical practice or philosophy, embracing this tradition more as a lifestyle that allows him to live a full and fulfilled life, and at the same time elevate the lives of others with whom he shares this knowledge. He has learned (and continues to learn) from various masters of different nationalities, but highlights as his place of learning the Dayanand Ashram in India, where whenever possible he returns to recycle his knowledge. He has been teaching Yoga in regular classes for 20 years, gives training to Yoga teachers and Ayurvedic medicine therapists, gives corporate training for interpersonal relationships through the vision of Yoga, and currently collaborates with a company performing these functions on a long-term basis. She collaborates with a company of integrative physiotherapy where she develops post-trauma functional action consultations.
