Rebecca Rose

Rebecca became a certified Bikram Yoga teacher in the spring of 2013. Since the completion of her 500-hour course, she has continuously been training and improving herself inside and out, discovering ways she can live her most vibrant life. She holds certificates in paddleboard yoga, yin/restorative yoga, barre, pilates and most recently inferno hot pilates. Rebecca has taught over 1000 classes worldwide, including in: Australia, Thailand, Norway, Mexico and soon; Costa Rica! These opportunities have shaped the way she delivers her class, making her a more connected teacher. She offers classes that combine all of this training and knowledge in many different styles. Rebecca delivers an energetic, informative and loving session. In addition to yoga Rebecca loves to move her body in so many ways, through; dance, jogging, snowboarding, paddle boarding, hiking, pole dancing and HIIT classes. “I feel that we are here to share our uniqueness and embrace one another for who we are at our core.”
