Raya Wegman

As a survivor of the worst trauma a woman can endure, meditation and the path of Yoga have allowed me to let go of my past, and to be at peace with my life and what happened to me. Born and raised in France to parents of Indian/Mauritian ancestry, I draw upon a rich cultural upbringing and lifelong devotional practice. My passion is sharing soulful art therapy and the trauma-healing potential of meditation. As a long-term and experienced meditator, I was part of a team that established a community meditation Ashram in the UK. In 2013 I helped to create an online meditation community which grew to thousands of Souls and was the manager until 2023. In 2018 I helped to found and establish Kailash Ashram, where you will receive my direct and honest feedback, as well as a caring and tender space to be heard.
