Raul

Raul is the lead teacher behind our morning yoga practice. His teaching is grounded, intelligent, and deeply responsive — he adjusts each class to the group’s level and, more importantly, to how people are genuinely feeling that day.Raul builds up the daily practice of the week starting from Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa depending on what the body needs, while his personal favorite and strongest foundation is Ashtanga. Beyond the physical practice, guests often leave his classes with a clearer understanding of yoga as a way of life: he shares yoga philosophy in a practical, accessible way, and includes pranayama and meditation to support focus, balance, and a calmer nervous system.
