Rachel teaches yoga with a holistic approach โ working the body, breath and mind together. Her yoga journey began in 2018, across the globe in Argentina, after she quit her mundane 9-5 life in hopes of finding purpose and inner fulfilment.The practice of yoga enabled her to reconnect to her values, passion, and soul calling. Since then, she never looked back on a life without yoga. She teaches to share the joy, well-being, and fulfillment yoga has brought her with others. She sees yoga and pranayama as tools for self-exploration and cultivating self-awareness, she guides her students to explore their potential in a safe yet autonomous way.
