Rachèl is 26 years old and passionate about herbs, nutrition, and sustainable living.She is constantly searching for new ways to live in harmony with the earth and is fascinated by everything we can learn and gain from our surroundings.Rachèl loves to travel, immerse herself in new cultures, and continually broaden her understanding of the world.Yoga is an important part of her life, providing her with balance and mindfulness.She recently completed her training as a certified yoga teacher, and she most enjoys teaching Hatha Yoga.She is currently particularly interested in how herbal medicine can work for animals compared to energy healing.Her special connection with animals is the foundation of her happiness, peace, and sense of belonging.Rachèl brings a unique perspective to our retreat: With her love for nature, herbal medicine and cultural discovery, she creates a safe space where everyone can find themselves.
