“Hello! My name is Rachel Bernard, I am 30 years old, I live and work in the Chicago suburbs. I am a certified Reiki master, and run half of ‘Soul Rocker Healing Arts’, located in Aurora Illinois. We are a Reiki based healing practice that uses different modalities, such as, sound healing, mineral healing, tarot, and astrology. Also, I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher, at ‘Sense of Samadhi’ in Yorkville Illinois. I specialize in vinyasa, as well as a restorative sound healing class, which ties into my deepest passion, which is channeling energy through sound.During the beginning of my spiritual journey, i was lead to find deeper knowledge about my own ancestors and my Mexican heritage and it brought me to begin learning and playing a native Mexican flute, which has only driven deeper purpose in my own life and yoga practice. I find my self in eternal gratitude for the opportunity of being apart of such a special team, and retreat as a whole, i can’t wait to meet you!”
