Qino

Growing up overweight made Qino uncomfortable and not confident in his skin, which doesn't mean he didn't love himself; it's all about health issues. He has been practicing Yoga since 2015. It's a significant life change for him. He started to understand that yoga helps him to embrace his confidence and to value himself not only for his physical body but also mentally and spiritually. For him repeating a couple of rounds of the classical sun salutation sequence A and B, is simple but so powerful as asanas (physical postures) to unlock the body from the unconfident feelings and also to warm up the physical body in a safe way. Now, he is ready and would love to share his experience and expertise with others at Serenity Bali. Qino says, "For me, any kind of yoga style that you like, please do it with a humble attitude and positive intention, then you will meet your true teacher inside you, stay humble and be inspired!"
