Prairie Rose is an LA-based drinks writer, trained sommelier, and wine and spirits educator.She is the senior drinks editor at Food & Wine, where she leads coverage of wine and spirit content.She holds a WSET Level 3 certification and brings a strong foundation in tasting, wine theory, and service to her editorial work.Prairie is also the founder and editor of Bit by a Fox, winner of Saveur Magazine’s Readers’ Choice Award for Best Drinks Blog, and the former host of the Bit by a Fox Podcast, which ran for four seasons.Her work has appeared in multiple publications, and she is the author of Mixology for Beginners: Innovative Craft Cocktails for the Home Bartender as well as Tropical Cocktails Made Simple.
