Pedro Gonçalves

Pedro holds a degree in Fitness & Health and is a certified 500+ hour yoga teacher. He teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and various meditation practices, including sound meditation.His Master thesis focused on the measurable effects of yoga retreats on stress, sleep quality, blood pressure, and glycemic regulation. This research-based perspective continues to shape his approach to teaching — combining physical practice with a clear understanding of its impact on overall well-being.Before co-founding the retreat, he worked as a fitness director. His background bridges structured training, yoga, and coaching, giving his classes both stability and depth.Pedro’s sessions are steady and attentive, with a focus on alignment, breath, and creating a practice that feels both supportive and sustainable.
