Yoga has accompanies me intensively for the past 12 years. At home yoga has been practiced regularly by my family for a long time. My first education was with Baron Baptiste in the USA. I continuously update and refresh my yoga education and skills with Baron and the Baptiste Yoga Community. Another main focus is the therapeutic Krama Vinyasa Yoga in which I am also trained. This style is more vadaptable and addresses the needs of different bodies.
