Page Sieffert

Page started her Pilates journey in 1998. Her search to find practices to bring balance to her body as a life-long love of dance led her to study Pilates and yoga, as well as the Eastern medicine tradition of Ayurveda (the science of life). Over the years, her work and love of adventure have given her the opportunity to travel the world teaching Pilates to high profile, celebrity, clientele. In 2011 she moved to Costa Rica and opened Pilates Nosara, a fully-equipped Pilates training center and resort.
