Nini Frydkjaer Brandt

Nini is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor of Yoga Alliance RYS 200 hours, educated by Maya Finnes, Yoga For Real Life, and have an additional 80 hour Kundalini Teacher Training at Ulla Steen.She teaches yoga weekly for locals in Folldal besides our retreats. Her teaching is full of joy by the dynamic of kundalini yoga as well as the immersion of working with the body to create calmness, and a breathing space in one’s everyday life.She grew up in Denmark and have also lived with her husband in the settlement of Kangerlussuaq, Greenland for 10 years. Here she worked with musk ox wool, as well as horn and antler from caribou and musk oxen. She owned and ran her own store in Kangerlussuaq with Greenlandic handicraft.In 2021 she and her family moved to Norway where they live in the small settlement Folldal in the highlands of Norway.Occasionally Nini will also guide the nature hikes on our retreat.
