Nidhi Thakur

Nidhi is an experienced and practicing yoga instructor. While having a successful corporate career she realized that she still needed to find her true calling and that is when, somehow, she got introduced to Yoga. She believes that the universe has been really kind to her. The grace of the universe and her strong willpower led her to complete 200 hrs of teachers training from India. She now holds a Yoga Alliance International certificate. She is trained in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas etc. It has been more than 5 years she has been practicing and teaching yoga to different age groups. She feels really fortunate to have been able to bring a difference in her practitioner's lives.
