Negar — Curandera and Tabaqueira Negar is a dedicated healer with over 15 years of experience, integrating sacred plant medicine, bodywork therapies, and yoga to promote holistic wellness. Her path began with a deep curiosity about human consciousness and the natural world, leading her to explore diverse healing traditions across the globe. A transformative encounter with Amazonian tobacco (Nicotiana rustica) sparked her calling to work with Tobacco and Trees. She completed an intensive apprenticeship with Maestro Ernesto Garcia Torres in the Peruvian Amazon, where she was initiated into the Mamancunawa lineage as a Curandera/Tabaqueira. Negar blends plant medicine, bodywork therapies such as Chi Nei Tsang and Maya abdominal massage, yoga, and sound healing to guide participants toward clarity, emotional release, and spiritual reconnection. She also incorporates practices supporting women’s wellness, such as Yoni steaming and herbal remedies rooted in traditional wisdom. Her intuitive approach creates a safe and supportive container for deep personal transformation.
