Natalie Pyrooz guides integrated yoga and nature-based experiences, focusing on cultivating connection and belonging, inner peace, and self-love. The monthly women’s gathering she co-created is one of her sources for inspiration for this retreat offering.She has explored many facets of mother-daughter relationships in doing the hard work to heal, strengthen, and repair her own relationship with her mother. A birthmother to a child who developed autism, she has transformed deep grief into empathy and love, which she shares in her gatherings.She brings together sound, movement, breathwork, mantra, tratak, philosophy, Ayurveda, and guided meditation. She has trained around the world, studying traditional and modern yoga, feminine form Ayurveda, Thai massage, sound healing, botanical studies, and more.
